OVERVIEW
The Tango Audio Controller integrates all of your audio sources and makes them easily accessible from a single, centrally managed location. The DAS-T0808-SIG controls up to 8 sources and distributes audio to 8 rooms or zones. Control sources using the Mio R-1 Audio Control and Metreau Audio Keypads or with a PC using the optional DAS-MNET. Sources such as Satellite Receivers, CD Players, MP3 Players and Media Servers can be connected to the RCA source inputs on the rear panel. Tango's modular design allows it to grow with you to accommodate future technologies via replaceable tuner and interface cards. While it can inherently support 8 sources and 8 zones, up to 7 Tango Zone Expanders can be added to the system to add up to 64 rooms/zones.
COMMON APPLICATION
A good choice for distributed audio of up to 8 audio sources in dens, kitchens, living rooms, dining areas and around pools in residences, condominiums, restaurants, spas and small offices.

REAR PANEL COMPONENTS
◆ Power Switch/Receptacle: Master power switch remains in the ON position normally
◆ Paging In/Out Ports: RCA jacks to connect to paging devices (any audio input can be used as a paging device). The Paging device connects to the Controller via the “Paging In" connector. The “Paging Out" connector is used to carry the page to Zone Expander(s).
◆ RJ-45: Port for PC control
◆ RS-232 Port: DB9 connector allows the Tango Audio Controller to receive controller command messages and provide status messages. This port is intended primarily for troubleshooting or connection to a NetLinx Controller.

◆ Audio Inputs: stereo inputs, 47K impedance, buffered
